This Website is a service provided by JJ Tours s.r.o. (“JJ Tours”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our primary purpose is to offer you the opportunity to book the Crystal Tour in Prague. You may use the Website to browse information about the tour, check availability, and make bookings.

3. User-Generated Content & Reviews

We may offer features that allow users to submit reviews or other content (“User-Generated Content”). We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse to post any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to do so.  

4. Booking Widget

We utilize a booking widget provided by Fare Harbor for tour reservations. Through this widget, you may be required to provide certain information including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your booking.

5. Data Collection & Use

We only collect data during the booking process through the Fare Harbor booking widget. The data collected includes your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is used solely for booking your reservation for the Crystal Tour. We do not retain this data after the tour date and it is used for internal purposes only.

We utilize Fare Harbor as a third-party provider for our booking system. We recommend you review their privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.
